Conrad Taylor is best known for his duty and commitment to the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) as their reigning president. We caught up with him in Georgia at a GAPS meeting (Georgia Association of Personnel Services, which is a subset of NAPS) where we talked about the current state of affairs of the industry and his thoughts about NAPS.

One of the motivating factors in his life is the fact that this industry gives him the opportunity to help people and companies simultaneously. For this he is grateful and that is precisely why he choose NAPS as a platform to give back to the industry he loves. In his own words: "NAPS is an association where people collectively come together for the greater good of the greater number." NAPS has been credentialing recruiters for the past 46 years.
