Thanks to Dave Knutson (a founder member of IRSA) we gained access to their "Round Table" in Arizona were we were quickly introduced to all the members including the association’s co-founder Dan Dieke.

What makes this group unique is that each person runs a retained search business with the belief that it is in the best interest of all parties involved. With an impending shortage of 10 Million workers by the year 2010 this couldn't be truer. Recruiters contracted in a retained agreement tend to complete their assignments with a greater degree of accuracy, since their financial gains are taken care of up front.

Each member of IRSA got a chance to open up to the others by asking them their professional advice in response to their current searches, office management skills, sourcing and methodologies. The camaraderie amongst these members is what we captured on film.

Their never-ending patience as mentors and students was truly enlightening.
